At DPREC, the student accommodation is a "home away from home". They instill self-confidence and a spirit of camaraderie among the students, and contribute to professional fraternity. There are separate hostels for men and women, with all the necessary facilities. All the hostels are well-equipped, with adequate ventilation and lighting facility. Each room is fitted with tube lights and fans, and each student is provided with a cot, chair and a table. Periodicals and newspapers are supplied to each hostel. The other facilities & services are: Modern Kitchens - with all the latest equipment and facilities for steam cooking Dining Halls Mineral Water Plant supply clean mineral water to students Power Back-up- Sports Facilities - for indoor & outdoor games Medical facilities -during emergencies The day to day activities of the hostels are taken care of by wardens and are closely monitored. Application for admission to the hostel should be made in the prescribed form, which can be obtained from the hostel office on payment of the prescribed fee.
