The Event Challenge expo-13 aims to focus on the practical models and theoretical presentations of the project that are done using the knowledge of computers. It is not restricted to any branch of students. Any person who can exhibit a project which involves the computer science and engineering knowledge can participate.

What are computer science and engineering projects?
The projects that include :
Projects  that uses computer hardware resources(Robotics)
 Projects  created using computers(Embedded Systems)
Projects that run using computers(Computer Applications)
Projects that uses wide variety of peripheral components that connects to computers(Touch Screens or Webcams or Microphones)

 GUIDELINES:

PROJECTS:
 Members who participate in projects should get all the required things to present the project model.
Space, power supply and internet facilities are provided  any other requirements may be communicated with the event coordinator.
PRESENTATIONS:
Members who participate in presentations  shall present themselves using flex  or with their laptops or tablets discussing their theoretical approach in solving the problems.

Rules & Regulations

A team can have a maximum of 2 members.
The projects should be mailed to: hodcse@dprec.ac.in
Participants must exhibit their project on" 2nd March 2013 "
Qualifying participants will have to make a presentation before a panel of judges explaining the salient points of their idea/innovation.
Teams will be given a space to set up their model/design at the venue for judging. A detailed report in support of the design and highlighting the important aspects should also be brought. The report will be considered for judging.
The inclusions of the photographs in the projects are welcome.

Important Note

 

Participants should bring all their requirements, If anything is required it should be specified along with the abstract
The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all the of the above rules as they deem fit. Any change in the rules, if any will be highlighted on the website and notified to the registered participants.
Last date for Registration is 28/02/2013 .
